Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping students discover their strengths, build their confidence, and take meaningful steps toward their future. Time and again, I’ve seen how the right guidance and real world experiences can open doors that once were closed. I also saw families struggling to know how to support their students, educational partners stretched in many directions and employers needing a better way to hire talent.
