Welcome to Internship Architects. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Internship Architects website, online platform, courses, resources, tools, services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Platform”).
Internship Architects is operated by Internship Consulting LLC dba Internship Architects (“Internship Architects,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, enrolling in a course, attending a consulting session, submitting information, or otherwise using our services, you (“User”, “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using the Platform.
The Platform may be used by students, parents or guardians, educational institutions, workforce organizations, employers, and other authorized users.
If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian If you are a parent or legal guardian registering or purchasing services on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are legally authorized to provide consent on the minor’s behalf.
Internship Architects reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the Platform, or our business.

We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in:
Career outcomes depend on numerous factors outside of our control, including an individual’s qualifications, experience, skills, application materials, interviewing performance, employer requirements, economic conditions, and availability of opportunities.

Internship Architects does not necessarily employ, represent, endorse, or guarantee any employer or organization whose information appears on the Platform.
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job and internship postings and for complying with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Users are responsible for independently evaluating employers and opportunities before accepting an internship, job, interview, offer, or other engagement.
Internship Architects does not guarantee the legitimacy, availability, compensation, working conditions, or suitability of any opportunity posted or referenced through the Platform.
Users should exercise appropriate caution when communicating with employers or other third parties and should never provide sensitive personal information unless they are confident that doing so is appropriate.
The Platform may allow users to submit, upload, post, or otherwise provide content, including resumes, career goals, responses to activities, comments, questions, photographs, documents, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant Internship Architects a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, and administer the Platform and services.
You represent that you have the right to submit the User Content and that doing so does not violate the rights of another person or organization.
You should not upload confidential, proprietary, or highly sensitive information belonging to another person or organization.

All materials made available through the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, videos, courses, presentations, templates, curriculum, assessments, worksheets, software, designs, trademarks, service marks, and other content (“Platform Content”), are owned by or licensed to Internship Architects unless otherwise stated.
Platform Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and your applicable subscription or license, Internship Architects grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Platform Content for its intended educational or business purpose.

Any unauthorized use of platform content may result in suspension or termination of access and/or other appropriate legal action.
Organizations purchasing a site license, employer license, educational-partner license, or other organizational subscription may use Platform Content only in accordance with the terms of the applicable license.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, organizational access is limited to the number and type of authorized users included in the purchased license.
Organizations may not distribute, reproduce, resell, or provide Platform Content outside the authorized scope of their license.
Certain Platform features and services may require payment.
Before completing a purchase, the applicable price, billing frequency, and other material conditions will be presented to you.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Internship Architects or its designated payment processor to charge the applicable fees.
Prices may change from time to time. Any changes to recurring subscription pricing will be communicated through the email address you provide upon registration.

Consultations
All cancellations and rescheduling must be done via the Platform.
Membership Subscriptions
You must cancel your recurring membership subscription through the Platform. Your access to the platform will be terminated at the end of the billing cycle.
Consultations
You must use the platform to reschedule your consultation session up to 12 hours in advance.
Member satisfaction with purchases and membership subscriptions is of utmost importance to us. If a subscriber is not satisfied, please contact Internship Architects at info@internshiparchitects.com. Refunds, at the discretion of Internship Architects, will be considered for all purchases except consultations. Consultations are non-refundable.
Internship Architects may periodically offer free trials, promotional pricing, scholarships, discounts, or other special offers.
Additional terms may apply to these offers.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, job boards, employers, educational institutions, social-media platforms, payment processors, or other resources.
These third-party services are not controlled by Internship Architects.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

Because Internship Architects may be used by students and potentially minors, we encourage parents, guardians, schools, and educational partners to review our Privacy Policy carefully.
We recognize that some users of the Platform may be students under the age of 18.
Parents, guardians, schools, and educational partners are responsible for determining whether a student is authorized to use the Platform and for providing any consent required by applicable law.
Users should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information to the Platform.
Internship Architects may implement additional safeguards, restrictions, or procedures for student or minor users as appropriate.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and functioning; however, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be:
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Internship Architects makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Internship Architects and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Internship Architects’ total liability arising from or related to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Internship Architects for the applicable service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Internship Architects and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By accepting the terms and conditions, these terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Before filing a formal legal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, mandatory arbitration is required and must be done under the laws of the State of NY.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific products, subscriptions, courses, or services, constitute the agreement between you and Internship Architects regarding your use of the Platform.
